STA extension is sought for a period of one hundred and eighty days pending action on SES’s 13. (’SES’) hereby requests extension of Special Temporary Authority (’STA’) SES− STA−20070720−00972 to communicate with up to 300 earth stations on vessels (’ESV’s’) via the NewCom International earth station E040267 in Miami, Florida. STA extension is sought for a period of one hundred and eighty days pending action on SES’s earth station application for an ESV license, call sign E060335 (FCC File No. SES−LIC−20060824−01502). All operations will be consistent with the services proposed in the E060335 application. 5
