Vizada Satellite, Inc. IBFS File No. SES—STA—20071221—01738 The request of Vizada Satellite, Inc. (Vizada) for special temporary authority (STA) IS GRANTED. Accordingly, Vizada is authorized for a period of 60 days, beginning December 28, 2007 and ending February 25, 2008, to uplink a 1.65 kHz feedercarrier from its Santa Paula, CA earth station (KB34) to the Inmarsat—3F4 satellite at the 142° W.L. orbital location in the 6425—6454 MHz band in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in the Commission‘s rules and this document. Operations pursuant to this special temporary authority shall be on an unprotected basis and non— interference basis. Vizada shall not claim protection from, and is required to accept interference from, other lawfully operating satellites or radiocommunication systems. Further, Vizada shall terminate operations upon notification of harmful interference into other lawfully operating satellites or radiocommunication systems. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this special temporary b» authority is solely at Vizada‘s own risk. This STA may be terminated or modified at the International Bureau‘s discretion, without a hearing, if conditions warrant. This grant is issued pursuant to Section 0.261 ofthe Commission‘s rules on delegated authority, 47 C.E.R. §0.261, and is effective immediately. Authority granted in this STA is without prejudice to the disposition of any related applications for regular authority.
