Vizada, Inc. IBFS File No. SES—STA—20071218—01713 Call Sign E000280 The request of Vizada, Inc. (Vizada) for special temporary authority (STA) IS GRANTED. Accordingly, Vizadais authorized for a period of 25 days, beginning December26, 2007 and ending January 19, 2008, to continue operations on the Inmarsat 4F2 satellite using up to 1,000 Inmarsat M—4 mobile earth terminals (MET‘s) previously authorized undercall sign E000280 to communicate with the Inmarsat 3F4 satellite in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in the Commission‘s rules and this document. 1. Vizada shall comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the STA granted on January 19, 2006 in IBFS File No. SES—STA—20060118—00055. 2. Vizada is afforded thirty days from the date of release of this action to decline this special temporary authorization as conditioned. Failure to respond within this period will constitute formal acceptance ofthe special temporary authorization as conditioned.
