| 12. Description.
This application requests special temporary authority to use the currently authorized Inmarsat D+ METs (call-sign E030055) and four new Inmarsat D+ METs with the Inmarsat 4F2 satellite while SkyWave's applications for permanent authority to use the existing and new METs in conjunction with the Inmarsat 4F2 satellite (File Nos. SES-MFS-20051207-01709 and SES-AMD-20071010-01407) are pending. See Attachment 1 for further detail.
