Motion to Withdraw Filings Proceedings Listed in Exhibits A and B Dear Ms. Dortch: — Mobile Satellite Ventures Subsidiary LLC ("MSV US") and Mobile Satellite Ventures (Canada) Inc. ("MSV Canada")(collectively, "MSV*") hereby submit this letter in connection with the application proceedings, FCC authorizations, and rulemaking proceedings (collectively, "Proceedings") referenced in Exhibits A and B. In those Proceedings, MSV has opposed the grant of access to Inmarsat satellites. Mobile Satellite Ventures LP, MSV Canada;, and Inmarsat Global Limited ("Inmarsat"), however, recently entered into a long—term coordination agreement regarding the operation of Inmarsat‘s and MSV s satellite communications systerms in North America. Pursuant to that agreement, and subject to it being accepted by the relevant Administrations (United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom), MSV withdraws all of its filings in the Proceedings listed in Exhibit A and supports the grant of the listed applications. Subject to the same proviso, MSV also withdraws all of its interoperator interference complaints . with the FCC regarding Inmarsat and states that it would not object to the grant of authority for Inmarsat to operate in any part of the L band in a manner consistent with the coordination agreement. Further, pursuant to the coordination agreement, Inmarsat and others are withdrawing filings submitted in the Proceedings listed in Exhibit B. In light of, and subject to, those withdrawals, MSV withdraws all of its pleadings in those Proceedings, to the extent they are in response to the arguments and pleadings being withdrawn by Inmarsat and others. See attached Exhibit B. MSV preserves for the record of those Proceedings its arguments and pleadings that respond to other filings that remain on the record.
