Attachment SES—STA—20071102—01521 KA249 Conditions: C—band ESVs shall operate only in coordinated regions and pursuant to its coordination agreement. Subject to Rule Making: This grant is subject to the outcome of any future rule making concerning ESV operations. This grant shall not prejudice the outcome of any rulemaking. The grant of this special temporary authority is without prejudice to any pending underlying application. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this special temporary authority is solely at Vizada‘s own risk. This STA may be terminated or modified at the International Bureau‘s discretion, without a hearing, if conditions warrant.
