WorldView—60 downlink operation on the frequencies centered at 8380 MHz must not cause interference to the Defense Satellite Communications System satellite‘s uplink operations in Virginia and Earechson, Alaska. 3. As a secondary user ofthe frequency band, licensee shall not cause harmful interference to primary services in the frequency band and it can not claim protection from harmful interference from primary services in the frequency band.

Pre—grant use is required for control of the licensee‘s WorldView 60 satellite, which was launched on Sept. 18, 2007, pending action on the referenced modification application.
