("PanAmSat"), in response to an inquiry from staff of the International Bureau, herein supplements its above referenced request for — Special Temporary Authority ("STA") for 30 days, from November 13, 2007 through December 12, 2007, to use its Fillmore, California C—band earth station —— call sign E4132 —— to provide launch and early orbit phase ("LEOP") services for the ThurayaD3 satellite that is expected to be launched on November13, . 2007.!
