Accordingly, Panasonic Avionies Corporation is authorized for a period of 30 days, beginning October 12, 2007 and ending November 11, 2007, to operate a 1.2 meter fixed earth station in the 14.0—14.5 GHz band and communicate with the Galaxy 26 satellite at 93° W.L., in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in the Commission‘s rules, File No. SES—STA—20071011—01409, and this document. This authorization is not one relating to an "activity of a continuing nature" for purposes of Section 1.62 of the Commission‘s rules and Section 558(c) of the Administrative Procedure Act. Continuation of operations beyond the 30 day term of this authorization will require prior affirmative authorization by the FCC.

The STA will specifically support a Fixed Earth Station that will be communicating with a satellite via a teleport. This communication tink will then be used to show, support and then develop our Broadband system capabilities to an airline customer. As further clarification, no communications will be made with mobile stations for the STA. Finally, a 30 day STA grant will be sufficient for our needs as of now.
