12. Description. The desired requirements and reason for use of this STA is decribed in Attachment 1. The antenna will operate in the standard KU-band, utilizing a US licensed satellite. The antenna meets the 2 degree requirements specific in the FCC rules and the maximum transmit power will be below the FCC limit of -14.0 dBW/4KHz for digital traffic. The permanent license application for this facility is in process.
