Attachment SES—STA—20070917—01287 Intelsat North America LLC‘s request for Special Temporary Authority is GRANTED WITH CONDITIONS. 1. The point of contact, Harry Burnham phone number 202—944—7753 or 202—944—7701, must be available at all times during testing in case the transmitter needs to be turned off due to interference to federal operations. 2. Operations must be IAW US356 on frequencies listed in the request at powerlevels not to exceed 85 dBW for normal operations. Higher power operations at 91.3 dBW may be used in the event of an emergency necessitates its use in order to command the satellite. 3. If operations necessitate the use of power greater than 85 dBW then Intelsat must notify Thomas Woods, NTIA (email twoods@ntia.doc.gov) and Scott Kotler, FCC (email Scott.Kotler@fec.gov).
