Attachment SES—STA—20070913—01277 Comtech Mobile Datacom Corp.‘s request for Special Temporary Authority is GRANTED WITH CONDITIONS. 1. Operations shall be on an unprotected basis. Comtech Mobile Datacom Corp. shall not claim protection from, and is required to accept interference from, other lawfully operating satellites or radiocommunication systems. 2. Comtech Mobile Datacom Corp. shall meet the real—time priority and preemptive access limits set forth in its STA request, including the requirement that all MET‘s will be capable of preemption for maritime safety systems within no more than 3.6 seconds.
