("Stratos Communications") hereby notifies the Commission of the consummation on December 11, 2007 of a transfer of control involving the following earth stations held by Stratos Communications: EO0OQ180, E010047, E010048, E010049 and EQ10050. The above— referenced transfer of control application was granted as part of the Commission‘s Order in In the Matter ofStratos Global Corporation, Transferor and Robert M. Franklin, Transferee, Memorandum Opinion and Order and Declaratory Ruling, FCC 07—213 (Dec. 7, 2007)("Order"). In addition to these call—signs held by Stratos Communications, this Consummation Notice is intended to cover authorizations that have been issued to Stratos Communications by the Commission during the pendency of the above—referenced transfer of control application, including the earth station special temporary authority granted in File Nos. SES—STA—20070907—01245, SES—STA— 20070907—01246, SES—STA—20070907—01247, SES—STA—20070907—01248, SES—STA—20070907—01249, and SES—STA—20070904—01221. A letter pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 1.65 will also be submitted to update the files associated with this special temporary authority. Enclosed please find an original and five copies of this notice and an additional copy to be date—stamped and returned with our messenger.
