The transfer process was initiated with the FCC in April of 2007, but by the time the license transfer was completed on July 25, the license had expired on July 10, 2007. The STA is requested to 13. The transfer process was initiated with the FCC in April of 2007, but by the time the license transfer was completed on July 25, the license had expired on July 10, 2007. The STA is requested to permit The Satellite Center, Inc. to operate the earth station while their petition to reinstate and renewal application is being processed. 5
