EXHIBIT A Special Temporary Authority Application Item 12: Description It is highly critical and important that the FCC kindly grants the STA so that we can immediately help our client (3D) who is engaged in supporting the US Naval Warfare Explosives Ordinance Disposal (EOD) training operations at several training locations in the USA. These Training Operations are of a classified nature but will be utilizing commercial Satellite Internet Services to backhaul operational data between USN EOD locations in the USA. The antenna will be used in a normal and customary commercial satellite bandwidth service application, with no special or non—manufacture modifications made to the antenna system. Exercise commencement is now scheduled for Tuesday 17 July 07. Thus application approval is urgently required. The equipment including antenna is being shipped to California today (07/12/07). Our calculation and data indicates that the earth station will not exceed the legal boundaries of 29—25 log thetla th mandated by FCC Rule 25.209. Earth station operations will need to begin operatoins by late Friday, the 13 °. Shared Data Network, LLC will appreciate if FCC grants the STA to support this project for US Navy by Friday (07/13/07).
