(TST) submits the following additional information regarding the above—referenced request for Special Temporary Authority (STA). By this supplemental filing, TSI wishes to clarify for the Commission that we are secking to provide a feederlink for the Inmarsat 3F4 satellite that will be providing international service in addition to the domestic GPS correction capability services we noted in the previous supplemental filings related to this STA.
