     HCJB WORLD RADIO - COLORADO SPRINGS TX/RX EARTH STATION




This is an initial application for a new Fixed Satellite Transmit Receive Earth Station.

The earth station consists of one 3.8 m C-Band TX/RX antenna that will operate with the
INTELSAT 805 satellite, located at orbital position 55.5 Degrees West.

The service to be provided by this earth station is data distribution.

Services originating from this earth station will be received by other earth stations in the
United States and in Ecuador.

Initially, transmit operations from this earth station will consist of a single digital carrier,
carrying multiple channels of digital information, and operating in a leased frequency
band between 6347.400 MHz and 6349.400 MHz. The total transmit EIRP of this signal
will be 51.4 dBW. The emission designator for this transmit signal is G7W, as specified
in Section 2.201 of the FCC Rules.
