Telenor Satellite, Inc. seeks special temporary authority for call sign WB36 to enable this earth station in Southbury, CT to operate in portions of the 13.75−14.0 GHz extended Ku−band with the Telstar 14/Estrela do Sul satellite. As explained in more detail in the attachments (and in the underlying application), TSI will not operate in the 13772−13778 13.
