Able Infosat Communications Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority to operate a network of very small aperture terminal (’VSAT’) earth stations in the manner specified in Able Infosat’s contemporaneously−filed application (see File No. SES−LIC− INTR2007−00916)for a license to operate the VSAT network. 13.
