("MobSat"), by its attorneys and pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.65, hereby supplements the record in the above—referenced proceedings. Specifically, MobSat advises the Commission that effective June 7, 2007, the name of FTMSC US, LLC has been changed to VIZADA Services LLC ("VIZADA"). The name change follows the acquisition of France Telecom‘s mobile satellite business by funds associated with Apax France, which was consummated October 31, 2006. Changes in the names of VIZADA‘s two immediate parent companies are also anticipated, but have not yet occurred. Please refer any questions regarding this matter to the undersigned.
