Before the FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Washington, D.C. 20554 In the matter of ) FTMSC US, LLC ; File No. SES—STA—200700418—00484 (Call Sign EO50284) JOINT RESPONSE FTMSC US, LLC ("FTMSC") and Inmarsat Ventures Limited ("Inmarsat") respond to Comments filed by MSV in this proceeding, in which FTMSC seeks renewal of special temporary authority ("STA") to continue providing Inmarsat Broadband Global Area Network (BGAN) service. In its Comments, MSV raises nothing new, but rather repeats its requests that the Commussion: (i) adopt conditions sought in MSV‘s June 12, 2006 Petition for Clarification; (ii) establish a firm expiration date for BGAN STAs; (iii) require BGAN STA holders to disclose the number of BGAN terminals in use; and (iv) limit BGAN terminal use to only a subset of emergency responders.
