(’SES’) hereby requests special temporary authority (’STA’) to communicate with up to 300 earth stations on vessels (’ESV’s’) via the NewCom International earth station E040267 in Miami, Florida. STA is sought for a period of sixty days pending action on SES’s earth station application for an ESV license, call sign 13. STA is sought for a period of sixty days pending action on SES’s earth station application for an ESV license, call sign E060335 (FCC File No. SES−LIC−20060824−01502). All operations will be consistent with the services proposed in the E060335 application. 5
