Lockheed Martin Corporation requests a 60-day extension, from 17 February 2007, on the same terms and conditions of the STA renewal/extension it seeks in File No. SES-STA-20061213-02140 with respect to the operation of its Clarksburg, MD Earth station, Call Sign E970322, with Inmarsat-3 F4 at the satellite's new location of 142 deg. W.L. pending Commission action on its June 2006 underlying modification of license application for the same Earth station (File No. SES-MFS-20060615-01010, as amended on Dec. 13, 2006).
