12. Description Illinois Bible Institute, Inc. (’IBI’) requests an extension of its STA (File No. SES− STA−20061204−02089) to operate earth station E960138 while its license application is processed. IBI filed an earlier license application on October 6, 2006 (File No. SES−LIC−20061006−01813). The application was dismissed because the maximum input power at the antenna flange, maximum output EIRP, and RF study were missing. IBI is refiling its license application today to include the maximum input power at the antenna flange and the maximum output EIRP. IBI will amend the application within a week to include the RF study. IBI had mistakenly believed that it was required to submit a frequency coordination study and was pursuing such a study. IBI has been advised that the necessary RF study should be completed this week. 5
