Enterprise Products filed for a permanent license for this earth station in December, but due to unforseen contractural obligations Enterprise Products seeks to operate the the earth station while their 13. 12. Description Enterprise Products LLC requests a Special Temporary Authority to operate their C−band Transmit and Receive earth station in Eminence, Mississippi. Enterprise Products filed for a permanent license for this earth station in December, but due to unforseen contractural obligations Enterprise Products seeks to operate the the earth station while their application is being processed. The earth station will provide voice and data services in conjunction with oil pipeline operations. 5
