| 12. Description.
Illinois Bible Institute, Inc. ('IBI') requests an extension of its STA (File No. SES-STA-20060928-01786) to operate earth station E960138 while its license application is processed. IBI filed a license application on October 6, 2006 (File No. SES-LIC-20061006-01813). The application was dismissed because the maximum input power at the antenna flange, maximum output EIRP, and frequency coordination report were missing. IBI has all the necessary information to resubmit its license application with the exception of the frequency coordination study. This has taken longer than expected. IBI contemplates the frequency coordination report should be completed shortly and will file the license application once the report is completed. In the interim, IBI requests an extension of the STA.
