HNS License Sub seeks to operate its proposed Earth station at Fillmore, CA (Call Sign E060383) with the Intelsat Americas−8 satellite at 89 deg. W.L. on a non−interfering basis using parameters proposed in the underlying license application for testing purposes beginning on 15 December 2006 for 60 days. See Attachment. 13.
