DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC requests that an additional fifteen (15) days, from December 4 to December 19, 2006, be added to the original STA to allow orderly completion of the drift of the DIRECTV 9S satellite from the 138 W.L. to the 101.1 W.L. orbital location. This additional time is being requested to ensure proper insertion of this satellite into this 13. Description DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC requests that an additional fifteen (15) days, from December 4 to December 19, 2006, be added to the original STA to allow orderly completion of the drift of the DIRECTV 9S satellite from the 138 W.L. to the 101.1 W.L. orbital location. This additional time is being requested to ensure proper insertion of this satellite into this congested orbital slot and to conserve fuel on board the spacecraft. 5
