Subject: RE: Response to January 18 Letter
In response to your status inquiries concerning the STA applications to cover a drift from 81 W.L. to 104.95
W.L., the Bureau does not intend to authorize any operations beyond those authorized on November 28. Thus,
SES may proceed to 104.95 W.L. pursuant to the November 28 STA. To the extent that there are or have been
deviations from the scope of that authority, these matters will be addressed through the FCC enforcement
process and any other appropriate measures.
