| 12. Description.
Lockheed Martin Corporation requests a 60-day extension, from 18 October 2006, of its STA (File No. SES-STA-200060608-00950, granted 3 July 2006) for operation of its Clarksburg earth station, Call Sign E970322, with Inmarsat F3-54W at the satellite's new location of 142 deg. W.L. under the same conditions as the initial STA grant on 3 February 2006 in File No. SES-STA-20060120-00074, as extended by STA grant on 3 July 2006. Lockheed Martin needs the extension of the STA pending Commission action on its underlying modification application for the same earth station in File No. SES-MFS-20060615-01010.
