W.L. under the same conditions as the initial STA grant on 3 February 2006 in 13. W.L. under the same conditions as the initial STA grant on 3 February 2006 in File No. SES−STA−20060120−00074, as extended by STA grant on 3 July 2006. Lockheed Martin needs the extension of the STA pending Commission action on its underlying modification application for the same earth station in File No. SES−MFS−20060615−01010. 5
