Hearst Corporation completed construction of it's new corporate headquarters building in New York City this summer. The building was dedicated on October 9th. The employees are now in the building. The satellite dish for which the STA is requested is an integral part of the company's communications system. Among other things, the company will use the dish to assist in communicating with it's 28 television stations and other business units. Failure to commence use of this equipment as requested would result in inefficiencies in transmitting information from the headquarters to stations. The need to commence operations at once is serious. If you have any further questions, please let me know. Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter.
