Licensee‘s mobile earth smim terminals operating on board aireraft shall comply with all applicable Federal Aviation iministration and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) rules and regulations ind all other intemational agreements in forces to which the United States is a party. Licensee‘s mobile earth station terminals operating on board maritime vessels shall comply with all applicable U . Coast Guard and International Maritime Organization (IMO) rules and regulations al d all other international agreements in foree to which the United States is a party. Licensee‘s mobile earth statio® terminals operating on board aireraft shall comply with the Section 87.147(d) of he G mmission‘s Rules. See 47 C.F.R. Section 87.147(d). This authorization is issued p vant to and subject to the conditions and terms set forth in the Commission‘s Order relf lased July 2, 2002 (DA 02—1566) AMTECH‘s MET operations dhall be limited to the 2.0 megahertz of spectrum in each direction of the 1626.5—1645. MHz and 1530—1544 MHz band coordinated for the satellte(s) being accessed in ie most recent annual L—band operator—to—operator agreement, and that no additi flan spectrum will be requested or used. AMTECH‘s operation ofits ETs is on a secondary basis t safety and distress communications of those Stati ns operating in the Global Maritime Distress Satellite Service. AMTECHs MET operations all meet the real—time priority and preemptive access limits set forth in its applicatidh, File No. SES—MOD—20060614—01012, including the requirement that all METs wil bbe capable of preemption for maritime safety systems within no more than 15 sceon AMTECH is granted continui i authority for the term of this STA during pendency ofits modification request.
