Enterprise Products, LLC seeks a Special Temporary Authority to permit earth station operations while their FCC license application is being processed. Due to unforseen circumstances, and to meet contract obligations Enterprise Products requests the grant of the STA to permit them to provide digital video and data services to their clients. 13.
