DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC requests Special Temporary Authority to operate this earth station E060236 for approximately 40 days between about September 27, 2006 and November 6, 2006 to conduct telemetry, tracking and control operations and in−orbit testing of the DIRECTV 9S satellite.
