Illinois Bible Institute, Inc. ('IBI') respectfully requests special temporary authority to operate its earth station E960138 in Champaign, IL. Due to a transition in the engineering department, the license renewal date for the earth station was inadvertently missed. IBI is filing a license renewal applicaiton.
