Telenor Satellite Inc. IBFS File No. SES-STA-20060725-01254 The request of Telenor Satellite, Inc. (Telenor) for special temporary authority (STA) IS GRANTED for a period of 60 days. Accordingly, Telenor is authorized from April 16, 2007 to June 15, 2007 to access the Inmarsat 3F4 satellite at 142° W.L. in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in the Commission’s rules, Telenor’s application, and this document. 1. Authority granted in this STA is without prejudice to possible enforcement action in connection with any prior unauthorized operation of this station. 2. Operations on the Inmarsat 3F4 satellite at 142° W.L. shall be on an unprotected basis. Telenor shall not claim protection from, and is required to accept interference from, other lawfully operating satellites or radiocommunication systems. 3. Operations are permitted only in the bands, 1574.4-1576.443, 3629.4-3631.443, and 6454.397- 6456.443 MHz. The maximum EIRP density operated by the 16.4-meter C-band antenna is limited to 50.6 dBW/4 kHz. 4. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant to this special temporary authority is solely at Telenor’s own risk. 5. This STA may be terminated or modified at the International Bureau’s discretion, without a hearing, if conditions warrant. 6. Authority granted in this STA is without prejudice to the disposition of the underlying application in IBFS File No. SES-MFS-20070403-00432. 7. This grant is issued pursuant to Section 0.261 of the Commission’s rules on delegated authority, 47 C.F.R. § 0.261, and is effective immediately. 8. Telenor is afforded thirty days from the date of release of this action to decline this special temporary authorization as conditioned. Failure to respond within this period will constitute formal acceptance of the special temporary authorization as conditioned. 1
