(’RigNet’), seeks authority to test 2.4 meter CSATs (C−band Small Aperature Terminals) currently being installed on offshore oil platforms located in Mobile Bay Alabama prior to their imminent departure for remote international locations. Testing will ensure that the oil platform crews have reliable communications infrastructure 13.
