12. Description. GeneSat-1 is a Cubesat which utilizes 2.4Ghz communication for command and control, and for data transmission from the spacecraft. We currently have an application for this pending with the ITU, which Mr. Hill has supported. We are currently responding to ITU questions and expect to have them answered shortly. The application describes our 2.4Ghz system, please refer to it for particulars.
