| 12. Description.
Applicant Telenor Satellite, Inc. has filed the referenced modification application to add a new 6.1 meter Vertex Ku-band antenna to its existing license KA-313. Applicant requires the use of this antenna prior to grant of the modification application in order to provide urgently requested service to its customers. As such, this grant of STA would be in the public interest. The underlying modification application is for a routine Ku-band antenna within all required Commission technical parameters. Applicant therefore respectfully requests the grant of special temporary authority as requested.
