Attachment Re: File No. SES-STA-20060425-00714 SES-STA-20060425-00715 SES-STA-20060425-00716 Scientific Games Racing, L.L.C.’s STA requests are GRANTED WITH CONDITIONS. 1. This is granted without prejudice to any future FCC enforcement action against Scientific Games Racing, L.L.C. in connection with any unauthorized operation of radio facilities. 2. Notification of successful prior-frequency coordination with potentially affected terrestrial operators, sharing the C-Band spectrum, is required before beginning transmission(s). Such notification(s) must be sent to the FCC Laboratory in Columbia, Maryland. 3. All operations will be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in the application, this Attachment, and the Commission's Rules.
