Intelsat LLC herein requests STA, from 04/24/06 through 06/23/06, to utilize its earth station, E060108, for troubleshooting and monitoring purposes. Intelsat LLC requests this STA prior to grant of its pending underlying application for a permanent license for this earth station(see Exhibit B). 13.
