12. Description. STA request for a temporary C-band 2.5 meter transmit/receive earth station to be located at Hickam AFB, Hawaii. The proposed earth station will support a critical test program for the US Govt and be in operation from 4/17/2006 to 4/28/2006 only. Due to the urgency of this test Arrowhead has waived the permanent licensing requirement and has agreed to accept a temporary FCC license so that the test can be conducted as planned for a duration of 12 days.
13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
