Description This is an application to further extend the special temporary authority granted in SES− STA−20060303−00020 (originally granted in SES−STA−20050701−00862, extended by SES− STA−20050805−01045, SES−STA−20050826−01179, SES−STA−20051005−01370, SES−STA−20051102−01501, SES− STA−20051206−01689, SES−STA−20060303−00020) for an additional 30 days. This will allow E020306 to continue to operate in conjunction with EchoStar 4 at 77 W.L. EchoStar has recounted the public interest benefits of operating EchoStar 4 at 77 W.L. in File Nos. SAT−STA−20050321−00068, SES− MFS−20050527−00662, and SES−LFS−20050701−00852. These applications seek Commission approval to move EchoStar 4 to 77 W.L. where it would operate as a Mexican licensed satellite and blanket earth station authority to allow EchoStar 4 at 77 W.L. to provide service into the U.S. These applications are currently pending before the Commission. 5
