("SGR") submitted an application for Special Temporary Authority ("STA") to operate a temporary—fixed 4.1 meter C—band transmit earth station in Phoenix, Arizona at the Turf Paradise Race Course for 60 days pending grant of a soon to be filed earth station license application seeking regular authority. This application inadvertently included frequency coordination data that is no longer current. Enclosed for inclusion in the application please find an updated frequency coordination report for Truck 12 in Phoenix, Arizona, reflecting frequency coordination for the entire period of operation requested in the Special Temporary Authority application.
