12. Description Lockheed Martin seeks authority to operate a transmit/receive Barth station, which is proposed for permanent operation with its RPS—1 space station at 133 deg. W.L., with the RPS—1 space station from the 133.25 deg. W.L. orbital location for an additional 30—day period beginning Pebruary 6, 2006 and ending Maxch 7, 2006. The reasons for continued operation of the earth station with the RP5—1 space station at 133.25 deg. W.L. are the same as those specified in the original 8tA request (Pile No. sB9—5TA—20051123—01637) .
