Description This is an application to extend the special. temporary authority granted in SBS—5TA—20060206—00010 (originally granted in SES—5TA—20050701—00862, extended by SES—5TA—20050805—01045, Ses— sza—200s0526—01179, ses—5TA—20052005—01370, SE8—57A—20051202—01501, and SE8—57A—20051206—01689) for an additional 30 days. This will allow £020306 to continue to operate in conjunction with EchoStar 4 at 77 W.L. EchoStar has recounted the public interest benefite of operating Echostar 4 at 77 W.L. in File Nos. SNT—5TA—20050321—00068, SBS—MFS—20050527—00662, and SE8— LES—20050701—00852.. These applications seek Conmission approval to move EchoStar 4 to 77 W.L. where it would operate as a Mexican lcensed satellite and blanket earth station authority to allow Echostar 4 at 77 W.L. to provide service into the U.S. These applications are currently pending before the Commission.

Condition: EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation SES—STA—20060203—00201 B020306 During operation ofthis earth station in connection with the EchoStar 4 satellite‘s drift to and operation at the 77° W.L. orbital location, EchoStar LLC‘s operations shall be on non—harmfl interference basis, .e., EchoStar LLC shall not cause interference to, and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by, any other lawfully operating satellites.
