As a party to these restricted proceedings,‘ MSV is entitledto be served with, and provided with the required notice and opportunity to be present for, all communications and other presentations that occur between the Commission and the applicant or other parties to this proceeding. 47 C.ER.§ 11208 n 12 ‘ Proceedings involving applications for authority under TitlIII ofthe Communications Act are considered restricted under the Commission‘s exparte rules. See 47 C.F.R. § 1.1208. * On this day, MSV has filed a Motion to designate these proceedings as permit—but—disclose under the Commission‘s ex parte rules. See MSV, Motion, File No. SES—MEFS—200601 18—00050 et al (January 20, 2006). Unless and untilthis Motion is granted, the above—referenced proceedings will continue to be considered restricted under the Commission‘s exparte rules.
