| 12. Description.
Intelsat LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority from January 13 through January 27, 2006 to use a Ka-Band transmit/receive earth station at Clarksburg, MD to conduct tests in preparation for in-oribt testing of the Spainsat satellite currently planned for launch in first quarter 2006.
