| 12. Description.
The applicant respectfully requests Special Temporary Authorization for 60 days to install and operate up to 10 remote terminals in the proposed VSAT system for the purposes of system trial and testing. The system trial and testing period will expedite the availability of the communications system to unserved, rural areas upon the grant of the associated VSAT system license.
